THE TEAM
Sai Elangovan began his entrepreneurial journey after graduating from Bangalore University, starting as a Defence contractor known for delivering high-quality Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil works. His reputation grew through major turnkey projects, including a landmark hospital in Maharashtra.
Over 30 years, he has led projects across resorts, water parks, real estate, tourism infrastructure, and floriculture for leading organisations. Today, his firm executes key government and private projects across Karnataka and Maharashtra, driven by his belief in teamwork and shared vision.
Sai Agalya is an accomplished HR professional with nearly 30 years of experience in corporate human resource management. Alongside her HR career, she served as an officer-in-charge for the Bangalore sector of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), where she earned a strong reputation for her discipline and leadership. She has accredited and guided several reputed educational institutions under NSDC.
For the past decade, she has also taught as an educationist, successfully training and mentoring over 50 students each year, many of whom have pursued higher education abroad. Her work is known for professionalism, teamwork, and building peaceful, collaborative workplaces.
Architect Sanjay Wagh has been delivering comprehensive architectural services across Pune and Maharashtra since 1992. His practice covers the full spectrum from programming to construction administration for new builds, renovations, and additions.
With expertise in feasibility studies, interior design, planning, permitting, site surveys, cost estimation, and construction documentation, he has completed notable residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare projects, including major apartments, shopping complexes, resorts, and hospitals. His diverse clientele includes the Directorate of Tourism Maharashtra, MTDC, Zilla Parishad Pune, Madha Nagar Panchayat Solapur, leading dairy cooperatives, educational institutions, and private developers, reflecting his trusted presence in the region.
